| Endeavor South Africa is the local affiliate of, Endeavor, a US-based, world-wide organization that focuses on entrepreneurship acceleration in emerging markets. Greg joined as Managing Director in June, 2006, following three years involvement as a volunteer since Endeavor’s first explorations in 2003. Before joining Endeavor, Greg Durst co-founded xPatria Executive Relocations (Pty) Ltd, an in-bound relocation company that transfers executives to South Africa. He has been active professionally in South Africa since1997, working for McKinsey and Bain, the global strategy firms. Greg also served as the Managing Director responsible for the Joint Venture between Tata Consultancy Services and Dimension Data in South Africa. Greg started his career in New York in 1990 at the Chase Manhattan Bank in the energy business. Greg then moved to Banque Paribas, where he was responsible for leveraged buyout loan origination, structuring and sales in the energy, media and private equity sectors. Greg is a graduate of Harvard Business School. There, he was the publisher of The Harbus News Corporation, the co-founder the Africa Business Club and a performer in the HBS Show. He received his undergraduate degree in business from Georgetown University. At Georgetown, Greg was Jack the Bulldog, the mascot, from 1987 to 1990. From 1990-1996 Greg was on the board of directors of the University Community Soup Kitchen, overseeing budgeting for and administration for a New York City soup kitchen. |

| Jamal is the Managing Director/CEO of Citibank/Citigroup Cote d’Ivoire in WEST AFRICA. Jamal’s career in Citigroup started in New York back in 1997 as part of the GEMMA (Global Emerging Markets Management Associate) program in New York where he did rotations in Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Poland. After the GEMMA program, Jamal assumed the role of Regional Head of Corporate Finance for the Caribbean countries based on Trinidad and Tobago where he and his team closed a number of high profile transactions in the 14 islands that he was responsible. In 2000, he assumed the role of Country Business Manager for the Bahamas where he managed to build the business from zero to be profitable in its first year of operation. He then became the GRB (Global Relationship Bank) head for the Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) – subsidiary of Citigroup in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this role as the Managing Director in Cote d’Ivoire, Jamal was the Corporate Bank Head for Citigroup Kenya responsible for Nairobi, and Mombassa branches for three years. During his time in Kenya, Citigroup franchise in Kenya had a record growth of revenues, and Citigroup Kenya was voted the best bank in Kenya as well as the best company in Kenya. Prior to Citigroup, Jamal was a senior Associate in Public Accounting at Coopers and Lybrand in Boston, USA. Jamal holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelors degree with high honors in Accounting & Management from SIDAM/State University of New York (SUNY) in Albany, New York. Jamal is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), registered in a state of Massachusetts in USA. Jamal is an American citizen born in Somaliland, East Africa. |

| Mr. Owodunni has a Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting, from Georgetown University, washington D.C., USA, and a Masters in business Administration from Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts. ISA/ Prior to returning for his MBA, Mr. Owodunni worked as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Washington D.C. During his tenure at KPMG Peat Marwick, he passed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Exam in 1995 on his first sitting, and became a qualified CPA. Prior to joining Kayode Owodunni & Co., Owodunni also worked for five years with Lucent Technology Ltd; an American Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturer headquartered in New Jersey, USA, in various capacities. Initially, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions area, advising the various Strategic Business Unit Executives on the multitude of acquisition transactions Lucent completed between 1998 and 2000. Subsequently, Mr. Owodunni worked within Lucent's Optical Networking BUsiness Unit as a Product Manager responsible for profit and losses on core networking products, with annual sales of over $285 million. Since returning to Nigeria in 2003 Owodunni has been admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as an Associate member. |

Nyagaka Ongeri is a Managing Director and Head of the Financial Institutions Debt Capital Markets Group at Barclays Capital. He joined Barclays Capital in 2001 focused on growing Barclays’ U.S. presence in the Financial Institutions arena. Prior to joining Barclays, Nyagaka was a Vice President in JP Morgan’s South African branch where for many years he focused on growing Morgan’s institutional South African presence. Nyagaka joined Morgan in 1997 and was initially responsible for overseeing policies and procedures during the migration of the branch into a fully fledged banking unit. It was during his time in South Africa that Nyagaka Ongeri, along with Teresa Clarke, founded the Student Sponsorship Program of South Africa (SSP), a non-profit leadership organization that provides scholarships and mentors to over 400 high school students in South Africa. Nyagaka was honored for his role in establishing SSP by being recognized as a recipient of the 2006 Barclays Chairman’s Award. Nyagaka is a graduate of Howard University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors). Nyagaka is also a graduate of Harvard Business School and has successfully completed the CFA examinations. Nyagaka is an avid mountain climber and marathon runner having recently scaled Mt. Kilimanjaro and Rainier and completed 5 marathons. |
